Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided by Dream House Cabinet are estimates only and remain subject to change until a deposit is paid and measurements are confirmed on site. Final pricing is based on confirmed dimensions, selected materials, and the agreed scope of work. Any variation between the initial estimate and the confirmed scope will be communicated and agreed with you before production begins.

3D Rendering

After your deposit is received, we provide a 3D rendering of your project so you can review the design before manufacturing begins. The rendering is a visual guide; final finishes, colours, and dimensions are confirmed during the design approval stage.

Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required before production begins. The deposit amount and any agreed payment schedule will be set out in your quote or contract. Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received. Remaining balances are due according to the terms agreed for your project.

Project Timelines

Any timeline provided is an estimate only and may vary depending on material availability, the complexity of the design, and factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of progress and any changes to the expected completion date. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Installation

Installation by our own team is included in all quoted work. Our installers handle the fitting and finishing of your cabinetry to the standard agreed in your project scope. Any work outside the agreed scope, such as additional structural or trade work, may be quoted separately.

Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide safe and timely access to the site for measurement and installation
• Confirm accurate measurements and approve the final design before production begins
• Ensure the installation area is clear, prepared, and ready for our team on the scheduled dates
• Communicate any changes to the scope or site conditions as early as possible

After-Sales Warranty

We provide an after-sales warranty covering workmanship and materials for the period set out in your quote or contract. The warranty applies to defects arising from our work under normal use and is subject to the agreed terms. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification by third parties, normal wear, or events beyond our control. To make a warranty claim, contact us using the details below.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, designs, renderings, and creative material are the property of Dream House Cabinet and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content or designs without our prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your project shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The Terms in effect at the time you engage our services apply to your project.
